In this class, you will learn simple ways to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically to help you get through your days with more calmness, joy, and self-acceptance.

Alex, our yoga and meditation teacher, will be your guide through the practices of gentle yoga postures, meditation, journaling, and essential oils therapy. 

Bring your own yoga mat.

The following supplies will be provided and are included in the price:

  • 4 different essential oil samples

  • journal and pen
