We currently offer both in-person and limited online classes.
Please visit our online schedule to view our class offerings and register for classes. Our in-person classes are limited to 20 people, and you must pre-register in order to attend a class. If you cannot attend a class for which you are registered, please go into your account and cancel. If you cancel within 4 hours of class you will still be charged. We offer some of our classes online via Zoom for those that like the convenience of practicing at home.
When you register for an online class, you will automatically be emailed a Zoom link. You will need to set up a (free) Zoom account to join. If you can’t make the live Zoom class, a recording will be emailed out shortly after class is over. The link will be good for approximately 48 hours. You can watch it during that time or download it to your computer to use any time you’d like.
