Meet our Reiki Therapist
Alex
I’m a Reiki Master Teacher with a background in operations and corporate learning & development, with a deep passion for holistic healing and personal growth. After years of helping people navigate their careers and professional development, I realized that true transformation happens when we nurture both the mind and body. That realization led me to Reiki, and eventually to studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Herbal Medicine as I pursue licensure.
Practicing Reiki has been deeply personal for me—it’s helped me process my own life experiences and grief, come to deeper self-awareness, connect to my agency, and facilitate my ongoing healing and growth. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this powerful, restorative practice with others.
I graduated from the UW-Madison School of Business in 2016, received my Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2022, and am currently a graduate student at the Midwest College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I live locally in Greendale (in the B-section!) with my family and spend my time reading, hiking with our dog Leila, making odds and ends at the Milwaukee Makerspace, playing games, and taking road trips with my husband, David.
