This workshop is designed to promote relaxation and equip you with practical tools to manage everyday stress.
Essential oil samples and a journal will be provided.

Classes are Mondays, October 2, 9, 16, & 23; 6:30-7:30pm. Cost is $60 for the 4-week session. Cost will not be pro-rated if you cannot attend all 4 classes. No refunds given on workshop fees.
