Rest and Gratitude Self-Care Practices (4-week Workshop)
Are you looking for a way to rest and restore your body, mind, and soul?
This class will combine gentle yoga movements with meditation, journaling, and aromatherapy. In this space you will be able to:
* Release any tension from your body
* Recharge your energy levels
* Find calm and clarity in your mind
These self-care practices will remind you to be present in your life and appreciate what you have.
The goal of this workshop is to learn ways to rest and recharge in a busy world, providing everyone with the tools needed to deal with everyday stress.
Each class will conclude with a guided meditation to relax into the evening.
All supplies you need will be provided and are included in the price: essential oils samples, a journal, and a pen.
Cost for the series is $60. Class dates: November 7, 14, 21 & 28, 6:30-7:30pm. Offered online or in-person. Pre-registration is required.
*Please note: class will not be pro-rated if you cannot attend all 4 weeks. If you miss an in-person class, please email us on the date you miss class and we will send you the recording once it's ready. It will be available to view for 48 hours after class. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes or cancellations
