Come celebrate the Winter Solstice with us!  In winter, everything lies dormant in the silent, dark earth. It is a sacred time of rest before the spring awakening and nature manifesting the growth it incubated during winter. This class honors the slower, more meditative time of darkness in winter. Enjoy a slow flow with restorative poses, meditation, and opportunities for reflection which will nourish you in your season of incubating your personal growth. All levels are welcome.
