In this 4-week session, you will learn simple techniques to help you get through your day with more calmness, joy, and less stress. You will find it easier to be at your best in today’s fast-paced world.
Alex, our yoga and meditation teacher, will be your guide through the practices of gentle yoga postures, meditation, and essential oil therapy. You will use journaling as an additional technique to help you stay mentally and emotionally balanced.
The following supplies will be provided and are included in the price:
- 4 different essential oil samples for you to keep
- 1 journal and pen
Cost is $60 for the 4-week session. (Price will not be prorated if you cannot attend all 4 classes.)
