This workshop is designed specifically designed for clients experiencing back pain.
This workshop includes a combination of learning and practice.
Expect gentle movement, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.
Absolutely no yoga experience is required. Chairs and other materials are provided. Modifications will be offered to help you adjust the movement for your current condition.
