Lara is a 1994 graduate of Blue Sky Massage School. She is an expert in integrating massage modalities into a seamless relaxation, therapeutic and energy-centered experience based on client's needs. Lara works with all ages utilizing Swedish, Therapeutic, or Prenatal massage and enjoys incorporating myofascial release where it's useful for healing trauma and chronic pain. She also practices intuitive bodywork and offers Reiki energy healing sessions to clients here at the studio. Her family is her world. In her free time, she gets her meditation time in while hiking, discovering new, healthy recipes, biking with friends and traveling.
